Each retreat will have a theme for spiritual growth and expanded awareness.  We’ll practice a variety of meditations, pranayamas, and mindfulness exercises to cultivate living in the present moment. Come ready with a journal on hand to capture all your insights.  Dress comfortable and most importantly: bring an open heart and an open mind. Retreats occur on the fourth Saturday of every month.
